$85K to Benefit the Naoma Donnelley Haggin Boys & Girls Club

DELRAY BEACH, Fla. The Holiday Trunk Show raised approximately $85,000 and will help support the programming for more than 400 children in the community who attend the Naoma Donnelley Boys & Girls Club.

Two hundred participants attended The Holiday Trunk Show Preview Party on December 1st and even more individuals stopped by the next two days to indulge in some holiday shopping for their family and friends. The Holiday Trunk Show featured more than 30 specialty vendors, 20 of which were new this year. Showcased were a variety of gift items including original jewelry, fine accessories, home décor, holiday ornaments and decorations, toys, men’s and ladies’ clothing fashions, and one-of-a-kind gifts for all ages.

This year’s sponsors included The Seagate Hotel & Spa, Searcy-Denney-Scarola-Barnhart and Shipley PA, Lang Realty, and the Mark Gerretson Memorial Fishing Tournament. Florida Atlantic University Women’s Vocal Arts Organization donated their time to teach children from the Club holiday songs, such as Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer and Jingle Bells, which they performed the night of the Preview Party.

Co-chairwomen of the Holiday Trunk Show were Susan Mullin, Michele Ramirez, Kari Shipley and Lynn Wilkins. This year’s committee members included Cackie Austin, Melissa deBaptiste, Beau Delafield, Ginna Donnelley, Kathy Fay, Kendall Graebner, Julie Hagnauer, Nini Ijams, Cody Jones, Hopie Kelly, Muriel Losee, John Lynch, Jenny Mullin, Terry Parsons, Sandra Powell, Patsy Randolph, Doli Rodriguez, Barby Sloan, Jorgette Smith, Jamie Snyder, Bren Souers, Bessie Vance, Kathie Walker, Alex Warner, Juliet Warner, Marg Williams, Emily Wilson, Mona Wolter and Bettina Young.

Proceeds from the Holiday Trunk Show will go towards the Naoma Donnelly Boys & Girls Club of Delray Beach, located at 1451 SW 7th Street.
